Erler Zimmer torso with open back, 27-piece, two-part detail
This torso is a lifelike replica of the human body and is ideal for studying anatomy. The torso consists of a total of 27 individual parts that show all the anatomical details and most important organs of the body.
The right half of the head can be opened up and provides a view of the skull, brain, mouth and throat as well as the eye. The front of the neck is also hinged and allows you to study the larynx, thyroid gland and neck vessels.
The chest and abdomen of the torso are completely hinged so that all internal organs can be removed and partially dissected. Both male and female genitalia can be exchanged to study the various sexual organs.
On the back of the torso, parts of the back muscles are visible, as well as the spinal column, the spinal nerves and a removable vertebra with spinal cord.
The torso comes with a CD-ROM containing a detailed guide. This guide provides extensive information on the anatomy of the human body and supports the study with additional graphics and explanations.
