Folio® fertil men is a customised micronutrient combination especially for men who want to have children. It is a useful addition to the diet and supports men in promoting their fertility and normal sperm formation. The tablets contain a variety of vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals, including zinc, selenium, folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin D3, vitamin C and lycopene.The ingredients list includes a variety of excipients and nutrients such as cellulose, ascorbic acid, vitamin E, calcium phosphates, zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride and others. The tablets are free from gluten, lactose, fructose, preservatives, flavourings and artificial colourings.
The recommended daily intake is one tablet, taken whole with a little liquid during a meal or snack. Please do not exceed the recommended daily intake and store the tablets in a cool place away from light.
