Folio® forte iodine-free in detail
From the desire to have children until the end of the 12th week
FOLIO 1 basic iodine-free contains three essential ingredients: folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin D3. The product is ideal for women who are not allowed to take additional iodine for medical reasons.
Active ingredients
- 0.8 mg folic acid
- 0.01 mg cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12)
- 0.02 mg colecalciferol (vitamin D3)

- calcium dihydrogen phosphate

Composition per tablet
- Folic acid (B9): 800 µg (400% RM)
- Vitamin B12: 9 µg (360% RM)
- Vitamin D3: 20 µg (800 I.U.) (400% RM)
How to use
Take one mini-tablet per day unchewed with a little liquid during a meal or snack. Use starts from the time you want to have children and lasts until the end of the 12th week of pregnancy.
Note:
Folio 1 basic iodine-free can also be taken together with Folio nausema if required.
Note for sportswomen
Also suitable for sportswomen and women who have an increased need for folic acid due to the use of hormonal contraceptives.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Observe further storage instructions on the packaging.
