Take the capsules whole with plenty of cold liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water).

How do the ingredients of the medicine work?

The active ingredient loosens thick mucus in the airways and sinuses and stimulates its removal. The mucus can be coughed up more easily or drained through the nose.
