Hansaplast corn plasters
Hansaplast corn plasters immediately relieve the pressure and resulting pain of corns. At the same time, the plasters with salicylic acid promote the removal of corns.
The Hansaplast plasters for foot care have an integrated foam ring that cushions the affected skin area and prevents unpleasant friction. The salicylic acid is placed in the centre of the foam ring to treat the corns specifically.
The foot plasters dissolve the intercellular substance (putty substance) between the horny cells, which causes the upper layers of skin to absorb more moisture, become softer and peel off. After around 4 days, the softened callus can simply be removed in a warm soap or saline bath.
To ensure easy application, the corn plasters have a long fixing strip that ensures a secure hold.
