Organic Kelp Capsules provide one of the largest natural sources of iodine and support the daily iodine requirement. Kelp, a group of large brown algae, grows in colder marine regions and is known for its rapid growth. These algae are rich in iodine, an essential trace element that the body cannot produce itself.
