L-Glutamine is one of the most important amino acids in the human body. You can find L-glutamine in foods such as soya, wheat, quark, yoghurt and milk, but also in raw and smoked meat. Glutamine is an amino acid without calories. Our L-glutamine consists of 100% pure and finely ground powder and is very easy to dissolve.

Recommended intake: Add either 5g powder or 1 vital measuring spoon (included) to sufficient liquid and drink it or stir it into shakes or smoothies. You can also mix the powder into your food.
