The essential amino acid L-lysine, which is mainly found in animal foods, is indispensable for the body. As the body cannot produce L-lysine itself, it must be ingested in sufficient quantities through the diet.
L-lysine plays an important role in the synthesis of carnitine and supports the effect of arginine as well as the absorption of calcium. Lysine is therefore as important among amino acids as vitamin C is among vitamins.

Ingredients: L-lysine 500 mg, microcrystalline cellulose 25 mg, coating agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell)
Recommended intake: Take 2 x 1 capsule daily with a glass of water with a meal.
