The preparation is used to treat magnesium deficiency and is used to improve muscle function where there is a proven need.
Active ingredients
- 614.75 mg magnesium aspartate hydrochloride-3-water
Excipients

Dosage
- Adults: 1 to 3 times daily 2 film-coated tablets (121.6 - 364.8 mg magnesium).
- Adolescents from 15 years: 1 to 3 times daily 2 film-coated tablets.
- Children from 4-14 years: 1 to 2 times daily 2 film-coated tablets.
- Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
Directions
- Take the film-coated tablets unchewed with sufficient liquid before meals.
Side effects
- Occasional soft stools or diarrhoea.
- If diarrhoea is troublesome, reduce the dose or discontinue the preparation temporarily.
Interactions
- Certain antibiotics and sodium fluoride preparations should be taken at different times.
- Dose adjustment when taking diuretics, proton pump inhibitors, cisplatin, aminoglycoside antibiotics, amphotericin B, foscarnet, cyclosporin A, rapamycin, EGF receptor antagonists, pentamidine at the same time.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consultation with a doctor.
- No known effects on breastfed newborns/infants of treated mothers.
Patient information
- Caution with mild to moderate renal dysfunction, close monitoring by the doctor required.
- Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.

- Store in a cool place (6-25 °C) and protected from light.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
