Ingredients:

Nutritional value:
Per daily recommendation (1 - 2 sticks): 150 or 300 mg magnesium (as magnesium citrate)
Recommended intake: 1-2 sticks per day. Simply place on the tongue and allow to dissolve in the mouth.
