The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.How to use?
Apply the medicine to the affected area(s) of skin. Massage the medicine in gently afterwards. Avoid accidental contact with mucous membranes, eyes and open skin areas.
Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 3 days without medical advice. If symptoms persist for longer, you should consult your doctor.
Overdosage?
If the medicine is used as described, no overdose symptoms are known. If accidentally swallowed, consult a doctor immediately. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting and shortness of breath.
Forgotten to use?
Continue the application as normal (i.e. not with double the amount) at the next prescribed time.
As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing for infants, small children and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.
A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.
Storage before opening
The medicine must be stored away from heat.
Storage after opening or preparation
The medicinal product may be used for a maximum of 12 months after opening/preparation!
The medicinal product must be stored at room temperature after opening/preparation.
Always:
- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Open injuries, inflammation of the skin and eczema
Under certain circumstances - talk to your doctor or pharmacist:
- Porphyria (metabolic disease)
Which age group should be considered?
- Children and adolescents under the age of 18: The medicinal product must not be used.
What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: According to current knowledge, the medicinal product should not be used.
- Lactation: According to current knowledge, use is not recommended. Breastfeeding may need to be considered.
If you have been prescribed the medicine despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit may be greater than the risk associated with use in the case of a contraindication.what adverse effects can occur?
- Hypersensitivity reactions of the skin, such as
- Skin rash, also with formation of pustules and wheals

- Burning sensation on the skin
- Contact dermatitis (allergic skin reactions that only occur with repeated use)
- nausea

- diarrhea
- Headache
- Dizziness
- Attacks of breathlessness

- Caution: Patients with nasal polyps, chronic respiratory tract infections, asthma or a tendency to allergic reactions such as hay fever: The medicine may trigger an asthma attack or a severe allergic skin reaction. Therefore, consult your doctor before use.
- Preservatives (e.g. sorbic acid and sorbates, E 200, E 201, E 202, E 203) can cause skin irritation (e.g. contact dermatitis).
How does the ingredient of the medicine work?
The active ingredient has an analgesic, antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effect. The active ingredient also has anti-rheumatic properties. It blocks the formation of certain messenger substances in the body, known as prostaglandins. They play a key role in the development of pain, fever and inflammation.
