The water conditioner & drinking water disinfectant (sodium chlorite 25% + acid) is an effective solution for disinfecting drinking water. The components, consisting of 100 ml of 25% sodium chlorite and an acid (optionally 100 ml of 50% citric acid, 100 ml of 4% hydrochloric acid or 100 ml of 21% L(+) lactic acid), are supplied in special pharmaceutical amber glass bottles with a dropper insert and child safety cap. The combination of the two components produces the biocidal active ingredient chlorine dioxide, which is suitable for various disinfection applications.

Application description

• Mix components drop by drop in a ratio of 1:1
• Only prepare as much as is needed and mix freshly before each application
• Reaction time: approx. 30 seconds to 1 minute (depending on temperature)
• Preparation container: Glass or ceramic, no metal
• Storage: At room temperature, protected from light and dry
• Minimum shelf life: 2 years
