Our Selenium Complex from Pure Encapsulation offers an innovative combination of two different forms of selenium: Sodium selenite and selenomethionine. These two forms complement each other perfectly and offer effective selenium supplementation. Selenium is an important co-factor for enzymes, contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and supports normal immune function. It also contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair, nails and sperm.
This food supplement is free from unnecessary additives, lactose, gluten, artificial colours, trans fats and anti-caking agents. The quality of Pure Encapsulations® stands for itself: the products are hypoallergenic and are therefore also suitable for sensitive people and allergy sufferers. Each capsule contains 110 mcg selenium, of which 80 mcg comes from sodium selenite and 30 mcg from selenomethionine. The recommended daily intake is 1 capsule between meals. Please ensure that you do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
