Rhodiola Rosea
Rhodiola Rosea, also known as roseroot, is a plant of the crassulaceae family. It grows in the high mountains and on damp cliffs in the Arctic and northern regions of Europe, Asia and North America.
The plant, which is also known as "golden root" in Siberia, reaches a height of up to 30 cm. In spring, yellow flowers bloom from a thick, fleshy rhizome.
Our Rhodiola Rosea powder is produced by finely and gently grinding the root of Rhodiola Rosea to ensure optimal absorption. Due to the high concentration - 100 g of Rhodiola rosea extract corresponds to 1 kg of powder - the active ingredient content can be greatly increased in a lower dose.

Recommended daily intake: Stir 500 mg powder or 1/2 vital measuring spoon (included) into water, juice or foods such as muesli, yoghurt and fruit salad.
One daily serving (500 mg root extract powder) contains 15 mg Rosavin (3%) and 8.75 mg Salidroside.
Please note that the recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are no substitute for a healthy, varied and balanced diet.
Note: Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers should not take roseroot powder!
