Sea lettuce, also known as "sea lettuce", is a crunchy, fresh green algae (Ulva) that prefers to grow in the shallow waters of seashores around the world. This multicellular algae is characterised by its ribbon-like or lettuce leaf-like structure. The sea lettuce comes from organic wild growth off the Atlantic coast of Spain and is offered in raw food quality, air-dried at temperatures below 40°C to preserve the valuable nutrients.

Ingredients
- 100% sea lettuce algae (Ulva spp.) from organic farming
Preparation
- First wash the sea lettuce and soak in water for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse well and use as an addition to seaweed salads or other dishes.
