How to use?

The ingredients come from the valerian plant and act as a natural mixture. About the plant itself:

- Main ingredients: Iridoids (valepotriates), essential oil (bornyl acetate)
- Parts of the plant and preparations used: mainly extracts and tinctures of the dried root
The ingredients of valerian have an anxiolytic, calming and sleep-promoting effect. It also relaxes the muscles.
