How to use?
Take the medicine.

Duration of use?
The duration of use depends on the nature of the symptoms and/or the course of the illness. You should not use the medicine for longer than 7 days without medical advice, especially in children under 3 years of age.

Overdosage?
Overdosage can lead to drowsiness, impaired consciousness, hallucinations and cardiovascular disorders. If you suspect an overdose, contact a doctor immediately.

As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing, especially with infants, small children and older people. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.

A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.

The medicine must be stored away from heat.what are the reasons for not using it?

- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients

- Infants and young children under 2 years of age: The medicine must not be used.

- Disturbed heartbeat during conduction from the atrium to the ventricle (AV block)

- The ability to react may be impaired even when used as directed, especially at higher doses or in combination with alcohol. Pay particular attention if you are driving or operating machinery (including household machinery) that could injure you.
- Avoid excessive UV radiation, e.g. in solariums or during extended sunbathing, because the skin reacts more sensitively during the use of the medicine.
- Take care if you are allergic to the sweetener saccharin (E number E 954)!
- Caution in case of allergy to dyes (e.g. tartrazine (E 102), yellow-orange S (E 110), azorubine (E 122), amaranth (E 123) and Ponceau 4R (E 124)).
- Parabens (preservatives e.g. E 214 - E 219) can cause hypersensitivity reactions, even with a time delay.
- Take care if you are intolerant to sucrose. If you have to follow a diabetes diet, you should take the sugar content into account.
- There may be medicines with which interactions occur. You should therefore always tell your doctor or pharmacist about any other medicine you are already taking before starting treatment with a new medicine. This also applies to medicines that you buy yourself, use only occasionally or have been using for some time.
How does the ingredient of the medicine work?

The active ingredient blocks receptors for a specific messenger substance called histamine. Via this blockade, it suppresses vasodilation and increased blood flow in the smallest hair vessels (capillaries) triggered by histamine. It also combats nausea via the same mechanism and has a calming effect.

Dosage

The dosage depends on body weight and is determined by your doctor.Patients with liver dysfunction: You may need to reduce the single or total dose or increase the interval between doses in consultation with your doctor.Dosage guide: A measuring container is enclosed with the medicine to ensure correct dosing.The first dose should be given at least 30 minutes (preferably 1-2 hours) before departure. The interval between individual doses should be at least 6 hours.
