Advantage® provides reliable protection against fleas and ensures a quick effect. It is easy to use and protects your pet from flea infestation for up to 4 weeks. Thanks to the active ingredient imidacloprid, Advantage® works particularly quickly by effectively combating the flea population in your pet's coat and the surrounding area.
Effect
After using Advantage®, fleas are killed within 24 hours. The active ingredient imidacloprid blocks the fleas' nervous system, causing their rapid paralysis and death. The effect lasts for up to 4 weeks in dogs and up to 3-4 weeks in cats, depending on the species. Imidacloprid is selective, so it only affects the flea receptors and is safe for the animal itself.
How to use
- Advantage® is simply applied directly to the animal's skin using a spot-on pipette.
- Within 3-5 minutes, the fleas' chewing muscles are paralysed and after 24 hours at the latest, all fleas are killed.
- The product is waterproof, so it remains effective even after the animal has been bathed.
- Advantage® is also suitable for puppies from 8 weeks of age and can be used safely on cats and ornamental rabbits weighing 4 kg or more.
