Our direct ophthalmoscope is small and handy, ideal for travelling. It offers a correction range of +20 to -20 D to ensure you get the best results. With the five different apertures - crosshair, large circle, small circle, semi-circle and green filter - you have the option of setting the desired illumination for your examinations.
The LED illumination is dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness individually to avoid glare for the patient. With our automatic switch-off function, the ophthalmoscope switches off automatically after 3 minutes of non-use to extend the battery life.
Thanks to the constant current control, the LEDs have a service life of approx. 50,000 hours, which ensures a long service life of the device. The colour temperature is 4,200 K to ensure optimum vision.
Our ophthalmoscope has an optimised head design and a 2-component handle made of aluminium and glass fibre-reinforced plastic. As a result, it sits comfortably in the hand and can also be combined with our LuxaScope LED otoscope and dermatoscope head.
The electronic ON/OFF push button makes operation simple and convenient. The ophthalmoscope is supplied with a 3.7 V lithium-ion battery and a charger with USB plug and country adapter for EU, UK and US. This means you always have enough power and can charge the device anywhere.
