Roche Combur test line in detail
The Roche Combur tests serve as a central diagnostic tool in doctors' surgeries and hospitals. With a built-in protective function, they provide reliable results after just one minute despite the presence of vitamin C in the urine. False-negative results are practically impossible thanks to the extensive vitamin C suppression. A clear colour change is visible even in the case of slight pathological changes in the urine. Results can be read easily and clearly by comparing the discolouration of the test strip fields with the colour scale on the packaging.Parameters (reaction time)

Advantages
- Reliable values: The largely vitamin C-eliminated tests provide fast and reliable results.
- Cross-reactions almost impossible: Cross-reactions with other human proteins or leukocytes or erythrocytes are less than 0.5%.
- High sensitivity: The test strips show a clear colour change even with slight pathological changes in the urine.
- Results after 2 minutes are meaningless: Colour changes at the edge of the test areas or after more than 2 minutes are diagnostically meaningless and cannot be taken into account.
