Premicron® is a non-absorbable, braided and coated suture material made from polyester fibres. It is suitable for use in soft tissue approximation of the wound edges - enabling undisturbed wound healing. The areas of application for Premicron® include general surgery, cardiovascular and vascular indications as well as reconstructive and plastic surgery.
