The Cleartest® Malaria P.f. / Pan is an immunological rapid test for the qualitative detection of Plasmodium falciparum and other malaria pathogens (Pan) in human whole blood.
Malaria is one of the most serious global health threats, causing millions of infections and deaths every year. The definitive diagnosis of Plasmodium falciparum (PF) is often made by complex microscopic examination of whole blood samples, which is time-consuming, costly and requires specialised expertise. The Cleartest® Malaria offers a fast and reliable alternative to microscopy.
The test provides results in just 10 minutes, enabling prompt diagnosis and treatment.
It can be stored stably between 2 and 30 °C, but should not be frozen.
