Erler Zimmer extension set special examination modules in detail
This product contains one special module each for R10940, which allows you to realistically represent various conditions. There are four modules to choose from, namely the sexually transmitted diseases module, the postmenopause module, the sexual violence examination module and the prepubertal module.
Sexually transmitted diseases module:
This module shows an external genital and the pelvic organs and has been specially developed for the representation of sexually transmitted diseases. It contains realistic reproductions of herpes blisters, genital warts and ulcus durum.
Postmenopause module:
This module contains an external genitalia, pelvic organs, vagina and rectum. It is intended to show the altered anatomical features after the menopause. These include shrunken labia, a narrowed vaginal entrance, urethral protrusion, mariscus, small thrombosed haemorrhoids, a pale and smooth vaginal wall, vaginal lesions, vaginal adhesions and vaginal cancer.
Sexual violence examination module:
This module only contains the external genitalia. It is used to examine and document injuries caused by sexual violence. It even includes inserted pubic hair to preserve evidence.
Prepubertal module:
This module only shows the external genitalia and depicts a 6-10 year old girl. It has been specially developed for training in the field of paediatric examinations. The model has a prepubertal appearance and an intact hymen.
