This life-size infant model is a useful aid for learning correct cardiovascular resuscitation (CPR). You can perform artificial respiration and chest compressions just like on a real baby.
If you ventilate the baby correctly, you will see the chest rise and fall. A clicking sound confirms the correct compression depth, while a built-in indicator light shows the correct compression rhythm. The airways have disposable lung bags, so no disinfection is required.
For group training, a face shield with filter can be fitted to protect against infection. The model is supplied with a torso, a transport bag and 10 hygienic airways.
The Prestan training models comply with the current guidelines of the ERC, AHA and ARC.
