Our high-quality bamboo salt is produced according to the ancient tradition of the Kaeam temple in Korea. This is a complex but 100% natural production process: the sea salt is filled into the cavity of the bamboo wood by hand and melted and fired at very high temperatures. The resulting salt pillow is then fired once. This is how our high-quality bamboo salt is produced. This production process can be repeated up to nine times. The connection between the versatile bamboo plant and the sun-dried sea salt has existed for over a thousand years and is a mystical union.
Our bamboo salt consists of natural and single-fired salt (produced according to the ancient Kaeam temple tradition).
