Type of application?
Apply the medicine to the anus.
Or: Insert the medicine into the anus. Use the applicator for this. Empty the bowel beforehand if possible. Avoid accidental contact with eyes, mucous membranes and open skin areas.
Duration of use?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 1 week without medical advice if the symptoms have not improved after this time. Maximum duration of treatment: 4 weeks.
Overdosage?
If the medicine is used as described, no overdosage symptoms are known. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
Have you forgotten to take it?
Continue the application as normal (i.e. not with double the amount) at the next prescribed time.
