Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh micro granules provide fast and reliable relief from severe gas-related gastrointestinal complaints such as flatulence. The granules contain 250 mg simeticone and have a pleasant lemon flavour. It can be taken without water and dissolves in the mouth in seconds, so that it is already finely dispersed in the stomach and intestines.

The Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh micro granules contain 250 mg simeticone and have a purely physical effect. The active ingredient changes the surface tension of the gas bubbles that form during digestion and can cause pain. The bubbles are dissolved and the air in the stomach dissolves. The higher dosage is nevertheless well tolerated and safe for pregnant women.

Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh Micro Granules contain simeticone, a substance with a decongestant and anti-foaming effect. It is used to relieve gas-related gastrointestinal complaints such as flatulence, bloating, abdominal pain, upper abdominal pain and belching as well as functional dyspepsia. It can also be used in preparation for abdominal imaging examinations such as endoscopy, X-ray and sonography.

The Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh Micro Granules should always be taken according to the instructions in the package leaflet. For gas-related gastrointestinal complaints, the single dose for adults and adolescents aged 14 years and over is 1 sachet (250 mg simeticone) and the total daily dose is 4 sachets (1000 mg simeticone). In preparation for imaging examinations, 1-2 sachets (250 mg to 500 mg simeticone) are taken the day before the examination and 1 sachet (250 mg simeticone) is taken on the morning of the examination. Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh Micro Granules should only be used for a short time until the symptoms improve, but for no longer than 30 days. If you are unsure, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

Lefax® intens Lemon Fresh Micro Granules should be taken with or after meals, if necessary also before going to bed. The granules are placed directly in the mouth on the tongue, dissolve in saliva and can then be swallowed. It can be rinsed with a little water if necessary.
