Our product contains natural iron that is neither of animal origin nor synthetically produced. We only use curry leaf extract as a source of this iron.
Curry tree leaves contain many bioactive compounds known as flavonoids. These secondary plant substances are mainly absorbed through food and are well utilised by the body.
It is not necessary to take high doses of iron supplements, as iron is found in many foods. An overdose of iron can lead to constipation, nausea and even poisoning. Nevertheless, our product is a sensible alternative for vegetarians who often suffer from iron deficiency instead of taking conventional iron supplements from the pharmacy.
Composition: curry tree leaf extract 467 mg, linseed flour 30 mg, coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell)
We recommend taking one capsule daily with sufficient liquid with a meal. The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. Please note that food supplements cannot replace a healthy and balanced diet. Keep the product out of the reach of children.
