The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist.
Method of application?
Apply the medicine to the affected area(s) of skin. Then massage the medicine in gently.
Or: Apply an ointment dressing. Wash your hands thoroughly after use. Avoid accidental contact with open skin areas.
Duration of application?
You should not use the medicine for longer than 3-4 days without medical advice. If symptoms persist or recur regularly, you should consult your doctor.
Overdosage?
If the medicine is used as described, no overdose symptoms are known. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
As a general rule: Pay particular attention to conscientious dosing for infants, small children and the elderly. If in doubt, ask your doctor or pharmacist about any effects or precautionary measures.
A dosage prescribed by a doctor may differ from the information in the package leaflet. Since the doctor will adjust it individually, you should therefore use the medicine according to his instructions.
Storage before opening
The medicine must

The medicinal product may be used for a maximum of 3 months after opening/preparation!

What are the arguments against using it?
- Hypersensitivity to the ingredients
- Damaged skin, for example:
- Open wounds
- Burns
- Skin inflammation with itching and redness (eczema)
Which age group should be considered?
- Children under 12 years of age: As a rule, the medicine should not be used in this age group.
What about pregnancy and breastfeeding?
- Pregnancy: According to current knowledge, the medicinal product should not be used.
- Lactation: The medicine should not be applied to the breast.
If you have been prescribed the medicine despite a contraindication, talk to your doctor or pharmacist. The therapeutic benefit may be greater than the risk associated with use in the case of a contraindication.what adverse effects can occur?

- Take care if you are allergic to composite plants (Latin name = composites), e.g. arnica, marigold, yarrow, coneflower and camomile!
- Be careful if you are allergic to ascorbic acid (vitamin C)!
- Take care if you are allergic to peanuts and soy.
- Emulsifiers (e.g. cetyl/stearyl alcohol) can cause skin irritation (e.g. contact dermatitis).
- There may be medicinal products with which interactions occur. You should therefore generally inform your doctor or pharmacist of any other medicine you are already using before starting treatment with a new medicine. This also applies to medicines that you buy yourself, use only occasionally or have been using for some time.
How does the ingredient of the medicine work?
The ingredients come from the arnica plant and act as a natural mixture. About the plant itself:
- Appearance: herbaceous perennial with a hairy stem and large, yolk-yellow flower heads at the top. The leaves are arranged in a ground-covering rosette.
- Occurrence: Scandinavia to southern Europe, Central Asia, southern Russia
- Main constituents: Helenalin (sesquiterpene), flavonoids
- Plant parts and preparations used: Extracts, tinctures and powders from the flowers
The ingredients reduce inflammation, inhibit the growth of bacteria and viruses, have an analgesic effect and promote wound healing.
