Taurine is a non-essential amino acid that the body normally produces itself, provided that sufficient L-methionine and L-cysteine are available.
Our taurine product consists of 100% pure taurine powder.
The recommended daily intake is either 500 mg powder or 2 measuring spoons of vital (included in the scope of delivery), which should be dissolved in liquid and drunk.
Please note that the specified consumption quantity must not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a healthy and balanced diet.
People who need to be treated with coumarin anticoagulants, pregnant women, nursing mothers and children and adolescents under the age of 18 should refrain from using this product. If you have impaired glucose tolerance, you should consult a doctor before using this product.
