The mixture of 80% zeolite and 20% bentonite combines the pollutant-binding properties of both natural minerals. Zeolite-clinoptilolite, with a fine grain size of 0.03mm - 0.05mm, has a very high cation exchange capacity and an excellent silicon-to-aluminium ratio (5.4:1). In combination with montmorillonite bentonite, which has a grain size of approx. 16 µm, a non-toxic, fibre-free powder is created that makes optimum use of the advantages of both minerals.
