Shipping information
The shipping costs incurred are clearly displayed both in the shopping basket and on the order completion page.
Digital products such as e-books or software are exempt from shipping costs.
Costs arising from customs procedures, including export, import and customs warehousing, are borne entirely by the customer.

This mainly applies to shipments to third countries and EFTA states, with the exception of Switzerland (see details below).

Global delivery options
We ship to almost all countries worldwide. If delivery to your country is not possible, this will be clearly communicated during the order process. We reserve the right to refuse orders (see our Terms and Conditions). In such cases, the purchase price will be refunded immediately.

Delivery is carried out by service providers such as DPD, DHL Express, Austrian Post, freight forwarders or other courier services, always including insurance. You will automatically receive a tracking number by e-mail after dispatch.

Shipping prices
For Austria and Germany, shipping costs € 4.90 or free shipping from an order value of € 65.00.

For the following countries € 9,90 or free shipping from an order value of € 120,00:

Notes
- Exceptions apply for dangerous goods with a flat rate of € 14.90, as well as for heavy goods such as furniture, which can only be shipped by a forwarding agent and have a flat rate of € 49.90.
- The shipping costs for mixed shopping baskets (with items from Lahn Apotheke and MeinArztbedarf.com) that do not qualify for free shipping are added together. This means that the shipping costs mentioned above will be charged twice.

EFTA countries and England
For deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, Iceland and England, the shipping and customs flat rate is € 49.90.

Special information on Switzerland
In Switzerland, we pay the 8.1% value added tax (Swiss Federal Tax Administration, Bern). The goods are delivered duty paid and taxed (DDP) so that you do not incur any additional costs after delivery.

Shipping to third countries
For shipments to countries outside the EU and EFTA, such as the USA, Canada, Brazil or China, the flat rate for shipping and handling depends on the weight:
0 to 9.99 kg - € 29.90
from 10 to 14.99 kg - € 49.90
from 15 kg - € 89.90

- Please note that different guidelines apply to products that are shipped by partners (labelled "Sale and shipping by ..."). For example, medicines cannot be shipped to all of the countries listed above. If shipping is not possible, this will be indicated in the checkout.
