B. Braun monosyn® suture material violet in detail

Monosyn® suture material is used for the adaptation of soft tissue and/or for ligation. It is medium-strength, absorbable and monofilament. The suture material consists of glyconate and still offers 50% of the original knot strength 13 to 14 days after implantation. It is available in a choice of solid colour or purple and in sizes 7/0 (0.5 metric) to USP 2 (5 metric).
