The three-dimensional colon simulator is based on CT colonoscopy data and offers practical training for various skills such as preventing looping and consciously forming a loop.
Features:
- The transparent holding body gives you a direct view of the endoscope tip and the shape of the colon.
- The simulator has a constant rectal anatomy in which the three Houston valves are always in the same place.
- The sigmoid can be preset with different attachments and by moving the colon to simulate different morphologies that are not captured by the CTC analysis.
- The simulator is waterproof and can be easily cleaned.

Trainable skills:
- Insert the colonoscope in three basic patterns: short alpha loop (pull-back technique), long alpha loop (push-forward technique) and N-loop (pull-back/push-forward technique).
- Insertion of the colonoscope in three patient positions: left lateral, right lateral and supine position.
- Performing manual abdominal compression.
