Erler Zimmer module for Hana - prenatal examination in detail
Palpation (e.g. with Leopold handles) allows you to perform an accurate examination for cephalopelvic dysproportion. The repositionable foetus allows you to change the position of the baby to make a better assessment. With auscultation of the foetal heart sounds, you can check them at an adjustable rate of 80 to 180 per minute. Measurement of the abdominal circumference and fundal height as well as external pelvimetry provide you with further important information about the course of the pregnancy.
