- Prepare all parts of the test kit (test strips, buffer solution, test cassette)
- Remove the aluminium foil from the top of the buffer solution and place in the holder provided
- Take the test strips out of the pack and insert approx. 1.5 cm deep into the front of the nose. Rotate the swab in circular movements around the inner wall of the nose (approx. 4 times, 15 seconds) - repeat on the other side! 30 seconds in the buffer solution and squeeze the sides of the tube slightly while removing the swab
- Attach the tip to the tube and apply about 4 drops to the test field
- Wait 15 to max. 30 minutes for the result
