How to use?Prepare the tea and drink it straight away. Pour boiling water over the tea (approx. 150 ml) and strain through a tea strainer after about 10-15 minutes.
Duration of use?
The duration of use is not limited. You should not use the medicine for longer than 1 week without medical advice if there is no improvement in the symptoms after this time or if the symptoms recur regularly.

The ingredients are derived from the lemon balm plant and act as a natural mixture. About the plant itself:
- Appearance: herbaceous, up to 90 cm tall plant with square stems, aromatic scent, small white flowers
- Occurrence: Mediterranean region, Asia Minor
- Main ingredients: essential oil (citronellal), rosmarinic acid
- Plant parts and preparations used: Extracts and tinctures from leaves and herb
The essential oils of lemon balm alleviate nervousness and tension, relieve cramps and flatulence. Its aromatic flavour promotes the production of saliva and digestive juices and thus stimulates appetite and digestion.
Rosmarinic acid in particular inhibits the growth of viruses.
