How to use?Prepare the tea and drink it straight away. Pour boiling water over the tea (approx. 150 ml) and leave to infuse for approx. 10 minutes.

The ingredients are derived from the lemon balm plant and act as a natural mixture. About the plant itself:

- Main ingredients: essential oil (citronellal), rosmarinic acid
- Plant parts and preparations used: Extracts and tinctures from leaves and herb
The essential oils of lemon balm alleviate nervousness and tension, relieve cramps and flatulence. Its aromatic flavour promotes the production of saliva and digestive juices and thus stimulates appetite and digestion.
Rosmarinic acid in particular inhibits the growth of viruses.
