Mary thistle tincture 100 ml in detail
Other names: Silybum marianum, fever thistle, lady's thistle, healer's thistle
Parts of plant used: The seed-like fruits of the plant
Recommended dosage: Take 30 drops twice daily (diluted with 150 ml water)
Add 150 ml water to reduce the alcohol content of the tincture to 0.62-0.65%.
The recommended dosage corresponds to a daily amount of 680 mg milk thistle seeds.
Ingredients: Organic ethanol, spring water from the Alps, milk thistle seeds.
To make the tincture, use 15 g of milk thistle seeds with 100 ml of 96% organic ethanol. After adding spring water and plant minerals, the alcohol content of the base tincture is reduced to 62-65%.
Please keep the product out of the reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
