The optical heart rate sensor Verity Sense, OH1+, from Polar offers you an alternative option to conventional heart rate measurement with a chest strap. The sensor can be easily attached to the arm so that it does not get in the way during training and does not slip out of place. This allows you to move freely and not have to worry about the heart rate sensor.

For swimmers, there is the option of attaching the sensor directly to the swimming goggles and measuring the heart rate at the temple. The sensor has a range of up to 150 metres and a battery life of up to 20 hours. The pulse is measured using 6 powerful LEDs.

The textile strap is individually adjustable and ensures a secure fit. The sensor also has an integrated memory that can store up to 600 hours of training data. The data can be synchronised and analysed with the Polar Flow app.
