The Trio Amino Complex combines the three amino acids L-arginine, L-ornithine and L-lysine in an effective and well-tolerated combination preparation. L-arginine, a non-essential amino acid, has the highest nitrogen mass content of all proteinogenic amino acids and is mainly found in protein-rich foods. L-ornithine, a basic non-proteinogenic amino acid, can increase the level of free L-arginine. L-lysine is an essential amino acid that cannot be produced by the body and must therefore be obtained from food. All three amino acids in this powder are obtained by fermentation and are finely ground for optimal absorption.

Recommended dosage
