We currently only deliver to the following countries: Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, France and Poland.
General information
The shipping costs incurred are clearly displayed on the order completion page.
There are no shipping costs for digital products (e.g. e-books or software).
With Mein Arztbedarf there is no minimum order value.
Legal information
We reserve the right to refuse orders (see our General Terms and Conditions). In such a case, the purchase price will be refunded immediately.

Our deliveries are made via reliable partners such as DPD, DHL, freight forwarders or other courier services - always including insurance.
Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Multiple providers & shipping through partners - what does that mean for you?
Some products in our store are not shipped directly by us, but by external partners. These items are marked accordingly - for example with the note "Sold and shipped by ...".
Important for you to know:
Our partners set their own shipping costs and conditions. This means that they may differ from our standard prices.
If you order products from several suppliers at the same time (e.g. items from MeinArztbedarf and from a marketplace partner), then the shipping costs are added together - unless the items each qualify for free shipping.

As a private customer, we grant you a 14-day right of return. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it - unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are returned to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted.
Return process via the customer account

- Registration: Log in to your customer account. If you do not have an account, you can register with the same e-mail address that was used to place the order.
- Select order: Select the order you wish to return.
- Request a return: Click on "Return item", select the products and enter a reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation: After checking, you will receive return instructions by e-mail.
- Returns: Return the item according to the instructions.
- Refund or exchange: A refund or exchange will be made after a successful inspection.
