Monofilament, synthetic suture material made of polyamide 6.6 for permanent wound adaptation in microsurgical and ophthalmological procedures. Very fine strength USP 9/0 (0.3) for precise suture guidance and good knot security with fine tissue.
Application & instructions
Suitable for microsurgery, ophthalmic surgery and other applications requiring very fine, non-absorbable sutures. Uncoated for smooth gliding through fine tissue. With long-term use, progressive hydrolysis may gradually reduce tensile strength. Use according to clinical guidelines; consult package insert or professional advice if questions arise.
