    Monosyn is an absorbable, synthetic monofilament suture material made of glyconate for the adaptation of soft tissue and for ligation. It offers medium-term tear resistance and reliable handling in the operating theatre.

    Can be used for wound adaptation of soft tissue and for ligating vessels or tissue. After 13-14 days, around 50 % of the original knot tensile strength remains. Follow the product information and the recommendations of the treating specialist.
