B. Braun Pencan spinal cannulas are specially developed for neuraxial anaesthesia and have an atraumatic pencil-point tip with a lateral exit opening. This cannula design is designed to penetrate the dura as gently as possible and reduce the risk of post-spinal discomfort. The thin-walled design ensures reliable cerebrospinal fluid flow with a fine outer diameter.
