Organic barley grass powder made from the young leaves of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.). Rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and chlorophyll. Can be used in a variety of ways to supplement smoothies, muesli, yoghurt or juices. Store in a dry place away from light.
Application & instructions
Stir 1-2 teaspoons (approx. 1-3 g) into liquid or food. Only add the powder shortly before consumption in order to preserve sensitive nutrients. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet.
