Ergonomically shaped meditation stool for upright, comfortable sitting during meditation and mindfulness practice. The forward-sloping seat supports a natural spinal posture; the stool can be transported and stored quickly thanks to the removable legs. Suitable for use at home, in classrooms and retreats.
Application & tips
Sit on the stool with your pelvis tilted slightly forwards to promote hip opening and an upright posture. Remove and reattach legs without screws. Clean the wood regularly with a dry or slightly damp cloth; do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
