Non-invasive upper arm blood pressure monitor for self-measurement at home and in home care. Clinically validated, recognises cardiac arrhythmias such as atrial fibrillation and offers a switchable voice output for visually impaired users.
Application & instructions
Intended use: Non-invasive measurement of systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate in adults (systole 60-279 mmHg, diastole 40-200 mmHg, pulse 40-180/min). Suitable for arm circumference 16-48 cm. Not validated for newborns, infants or pregnant women. If unsure, consult a doctor or specialist.
Brief instructions: Place the cuff 2-3 cm above the crook of the arm, align the mark with the artery, press START and remain still. Take a break of at least 2 minutes between measurements. Regular measurement checks recommended every 2 years.
