Realistic training simulator for training in chest drainage, treatment of pre-hospital chest trauma and care of chest drains. Developed for anatomical teaching, simulations and practical exercises in rescue services, emergency medicine and nursing.
Application & instructions
The simulator shows anatomical layers and enables practising various drainage procedures as well as simulating a tension-induced pneumothorax using a pump. The colour, viscosity and volume of the pleural fluid can be controlled by the instructor. For proper use, clean and inspect the inserts according to the manufacturer's instructions.
