Erler Zimmer Deluxe CRiSis paediatric emergency manikin with ECG simulator in detail
The Deluxe CRiSis paediatric manikin is an interactive ECG simulator with additional functions. It contains all the components of the CRiSis manikin (item no. R10154/1) and also has a portable patient arrhythmia simulator. The arrhythmia/pacing simulator can imitate 17 paediatric and 17 adult rhythms. An external pacer can be used to simulate the electronic takeover. It is also possible to simulate cardioversion with manual, semi-automatic or automatic defibrillation.
The interactive ECG simulator offers the following features:
- You can trigger defibrillation shocks using both the manikin and the simulator.
- You can practise with your defibrillator/external pacer without using the manikin. Connect the defibrillator/external pacer to the simulator using adapters.
- With an integrated circuit, you can pac directly into the simulator and monitor the ECG rhythms via the PADS connector.
- There is a conversion function that allows you to select a different rhythm to be present immediately after the defibrillator is discharged.
- You can use any commercially available defibrillator for pacing.
- A battery-saving function switches the simulator off automatically when it is not in use.
The rhythm types that can be paced are
- Sinus bradycardia
- Junctional bradycardia
- 2nd degree AV block type 1
- 2nd degree AV block type 2
- AV block 2nd degree type 2 with VES
- AV block 3rd degree
There are also 17 adult/pediatric rhythms available, including ventricular fibrillation, various types of ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, supraventricular tachycardia, sinus tachycardia, sinus rhythm with VES, asystole and normal sinus rhythm.
You can derive realistic 3- or 4-lead ECGs, and the signal morphologies for right and left arm and left leg ensure accurate visualisation of the QRS, P and T axes.
A transport case for the CRiSis paediatric emergency manikin can be purchased separately. The manikin is 119 cm tall and weighs 9.5 kg.
